Roy Zloczower is a lawyer in the firm’s Real Estate Department.
Roy specializes in preparing agreements for all types of real estate transactions and complex projects in areas of high demand. He assists developers, contractors, companies and private individuals at all stages of the transaction, from the preliminary negotiations and due diligence to the registration of rights in the Land Registry Office, including financing agreements with banks, land taxation, handling planning and construction aspects, municipal taxation, and representation before various authorities.
Roy also specializes in representing private clients, including foreign investors, in the sale of new build apartments (from contractors) and second hand apartments.
Before joining Goldman Erlich Edelstein Avigad & Co., Roy worked as a lawyer in the firm of Herzog Fox Neeman & Co., where he completed his internship. At HFN, he handled matters of real estate, planning and construction, municipal taxation and administrative litigation. Roy’s thorough knowledge of these areas enables him to provide a complete response on all aspects of real estate to the firm’s clients.
Roy has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2017, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
