Ohad Gavish specializes in all aspects of the fields of real estate and planning and construction, including providing legal advice and representation for commercial and private entities on planning and construction, and litigation on planning and construction before all relevant committees and legal instances.
In addition, Ohad assists in all aspects of real estate transactions. Among other things, he advises and represents clients before appeals committees and courts on matters of betterment fees, planning damage, expropriations and compensation.
In the field of planning and licensing, Ohad works to advance outline plans for land improvement and increasing building rights, releasing land zoned as agricultural for negotiable designations, and so forth. Ohad also assists in licensing procedures, from the first submission to a local committee, through representation before appeals committees and courts, until building permits for the project are issued. Ohad also represents clients, both developers and objectors, in objections and appeals against building plans and permits.
Ohad completed his internship in the firm of Goldfarb Seligman & Co. After that, he worked as a lawyer in the firm of Spigelman, Koren, Zamir & Co., and in May 2019 he joined our firm as head of Planning and Construction.
Ohad has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2012. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
