Eyal Winocur is a lawyer in the firm’s Finance Department and Real Estate Department.

Eyal works on the finance for real estate, energy and infrastructure projects. He deals with banks, capital funds, energy and infrastructure companies, as well as developers and individuals in addition to contractors and some of Israel’s largest construction companies. He provides his clients with legal services involving various financing issues for complex real estate projects (including combination transactions, setting up projects for office, residential and commercial construction, large urban renewal projects and purchasing groups) and energy and infrastructure projects.

In addition, Eyal specializes in preparing real estate agreements and transactions, and regularly assists contractors, developers and landowners on all aspects of the transactions, including registration and taxation, responding to all their legal needs. His main specialization is in the field of urban renewal. In the context of Tama 38 and Evacuation & Construction projects, Eyal represents developers as well as apartment owners, in all stages of the project until completion, including all aspects of contracts, financial assistance, taxation and the registration of condominiums.

Before joining Goldman Erlich Edelstein Avigad & Co., Eyal worked in the firm of Lipa Meir & Co. 

Eyal has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B., 2001) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA, 2006), both from Tel Aviv University.

Eyal speaks Hebrew and English.
