Adv. Ori Avigad is a senior partner at Goldman, Ehrlich, Edelstein, Avigad & Associates, heading the firm’s financing department.
His is mainly involved in financing real estate, energy and infrastructure projects. His clients include banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, capital funds, energy and infrastructure companies as well as private individuals and entrepreneurs and leading contractors and construction companies. Ori addressed various financing issues related to complex real estate projects (including combination transactions, establishing office, residential, commercial and logistic projects, and large urban renewal projects) and to issues related to the energy and infrastructure industry (solar energy, wind turbines and bio-gas).
Ori is a senior partner and essential element within the firm’s real estate department, handling all kinds of transactions and providing commercial advice provided to firm clients.
He is the firm’s liaison on urban renewal issues, legally accompanying “evacuation-construction” and NOP 38 projects (reinforcing construction as well as demolition and building). He also provides legal support for large purchasing groups.
