Moriah provides legal advice on complex real estate transactions including combination transactions, commercial real estate, acquisition of land, construction of petrol stations and shopping centers, NOP (national outline plan) 38, sold shares in real estate associations, options, reparcellation, land gift agreements and more.
In addition, Moriah represents contractors, and provides ongoing counseling in residence, resort and commercial projects.
Prior to her joining Goldman, Erlich, Edelstein, Avigad & CO. Moriah worked in real estate departments in respected firms, and in the legal department (contractual projects sector) at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank LTD.
Moriah was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2002, and holds a LL.B. by the faculty of law from the University of Bar Ilan.
