Amitai is head of the firm’s real estate department, and specializes in entrepreneurial and project management, planning and construction, taxation law, financing, commercial law and family wealth management.
Amitai’s main practice area is real estate, while providing legal advice to entrepreneurs and private individuals as well as some of Israel’s biggest construction companies and contractors.
His in-depth experience includes counseling to entrepreneurs regarding rezoning land’s designations, initiating projects, NOP (national outline plan) 38, acquisition groups, taxation issues, asset management for foreign residents, commercial real estate, residential real estate and hotels.
