Sivan specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions and provides legal counseling to Enterprises and private land owners in all transactional aspects, from the negotiation phase and to the final registration in the different land bureaus.

Sivan interned at the Magistrates Court in Herzliya.

Sivan was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2012, and holds an LL.B. (2010) from the College of management.

In addition, Sivan was qualified as a mediator (2012) from the Goma Institute.
